Donalds, South Carolina’s born and raised, Casey Ashley is the first pro- sportsman to join Buddy Lee Attractions ’ roster. At age 26, Ashley is one of the youngest pro-fishermen to compete with top ranking anglers; Kevin VanDam, Tommy Biffle, Mike Iaconelli, Skeet Reese, Gerald Swindle, Denny Brauer, Aaron Martins, Gary Kline, and Paul Elias in the Bass Masters Elite Series. Fishing is his passion, and music has always been his hobby; however, he has recently been rocking the boat with his current single “Fisherman” written by Rodney Clawson for Outdoor Music’s compilation album. “I have wanted to integrate both music and sports on our roster for awhile. What better way to do so than with the merging of country music and professional fishing fans? Casey Ashley is the epitome of the 'hometown country boy.'
